Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle — from identifying and attracting top talent to onboarding successful hires. You will play a key role in ensuring our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:-
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various departments.

Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements.

Prepare and post job descriptions on relevant job boards, social media platforms, and the company website.

Source candidates through databases, networking, headhunting, and employee referrals.

Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

Conduct background checks and reference verifications.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.

Support onboarding and orientation of new employees.

Stay updated on employment trends, recruitment best practices, and labor market conditions.

Represent the company professionally and promote its employer brand.
Qualifications and Skills:-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience as a Recruiter (in-house or agency).

Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, job boards, and social media sourcing.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Ability to handle multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.

Familiarity with HR software or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
