Recruiter

EZ MD Solutions is seeking a motivated Recruiter with excellent English communication skills and the ability to work in US time zones. This is an exciting opportunity for early-career professionals with 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about connecting talent with opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, shortlisting, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and implement effective sourcing strategies.
• Utilize multiple recruitment channels such as Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, and job boards to attract qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate assessments or technical evaluations.
• Maintain accurate candidate and employee records in HR systems.
• Support onboarding activities to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
• Assist in recruitment drives and bulk hiring initiatives as needed.
• Prepare and share offer letters, employment documentation, and other recruitment-related correspondence.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance candidate experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR, or a related field.
• 6 months – 1 year of recruitment experience.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work in US time zones.
• Familiarity with job boards, LinkedIn, and social media sourcing.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Rawalpindi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
