Job Description: Recruiter (Consultancy / Recruitment Firm)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter with proven experience working in a consultancy or recruitment firm. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes, excellent client-handling abilities, and a passion for connecting top talent with the right opportunities.

The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, including understanding client requirements, sourcing high-quality candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closures. This role demands a proactive individual who can work in a fast-paced environment, meet targets, and maintain strong professional relationships with both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle across various industries and job roles.
• Work closely with clients to understand job specifications, organizational culture, and hiring needs.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/virtual interviews, and evaluate candidates based on skills and job fit.
• Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates and ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain and update candidate databases, track progress, and prepare recruitment reports.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with candidates and clients to ensure repeat business.
• Meet weekly/monthly hiring targets and contribute to the team’s overall goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of recruitment experience in a consultancy or recruitment firm.
• Strong sourcing skills using various job portals and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
• Target-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
