Recruiter

We’re looking for a Recruiter with proven experience hiring for multiple roles across different departments someone who knows how to identify, attract, and close top talent quickly.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Hire for multiple positions across marketing, sales, operations, and management.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring roles.
• Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and team structure.
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the process.
• Continuously improve recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates fast.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house).
• Proven track record of building teams and hiring at scale.
• Strong understanding of talent sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.).
• Excellent communication, organization, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously.
• Experience recruiting in a remote or digital-first environment is a plus.

Pay: From Rs40,000.00 per month
