We’re looking for a Recruiter with proven experience hiring for multiple roles across different departments someone who knows how to identify, attract, and close top talent quickly.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Hire for multiple positions across marketing, sales, operations, and management.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring roles.
- Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and team structure.
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the process.
- Continuously improve recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates fast.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house).
- Proven track record of building teams and hiring at scale.
- Strong understanding of talent sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.).
- Excellent communication, organization, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience recruiting in a remote or digital-first environment is a plus.
