As a recruiter, you'll be responsible for spearheading the summer internship with full lifecycle hiring.
Responsibilities

Partner closely with the hiring team to understand the role and selection criteria

Manage and update job postings

Screen job applications, conduct first round interviews, shortlist candidates

Assist with interview scheduling

Engage candidates throughout the process while providing a positive interviewing experience

Extend offers and assist onboarding

Process background checks and administer reference checks.

Maintain recruitment data in internal ATS
Requirements
-
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.

Proven experience in recruitment, preferably with internship or campus hiring.

3+ years full lifecycle recruiting experience.

Prior experience hiring for not for profit or non profit preferred.

Experience hiring within a corporate environment

Strong understanding of internship programs and early-career hiring.
