As a recruiter, you'll be responsible for spearheading the summer internship with full lifecycle hiring.


Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the hiring team to understand the role and selection criteria
  • Manage and update job postings
  • Screen job applications, conduct first round interviews, shortlist candidates
  • Assist with interview scheduling
  • Engage candidates throughout the process while providing a positive interviewing experience
  • Extend offers and assist onboarding
  • Process background checks and administer reference checks.
  • Maintain recruitment data in internal ATS


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably with internship or campus hiring.
  • 3+ years full lifecycle recruiting experience.
  • Prior experience hiring for not for profit or non profit preferred.
  • Experience hiring within a corporate environment
  • Strong understanding of internship programs and early-career hiring.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and deadlines.
