Handling End to End Recruitment Cycle (Understanding the job requirement, Candidates screening, shortlisting, calling, Interview schedule, salary negotiation, joining formalities, Onboarding)

Creating and posting job descriptions on relevant job boards

Client Coordination for recruitment, Answering client emails/calls

Source candidate utilizing social media and local groups- Ads on WhatsApp, Naukri, LinkedIn, WorkIndia.

Maintain and Prepare Interview Tracker sheet

Taking care of joining of employees shared by the client (HR)

Taking walk-in interviews and updating the resume database

Preparing Offer letters

Sending Company profiles to the prospects and cold calling

Preparing MIS Reports daily, weekly, and monthly.

Qualification: Any Graduate

Job timing : Mon to Sat (9.00 am to 6.00pm) 3rd Saturday off.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,240.36 - ₹19,531.26 per month
