Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring across multiple roles and industries. The Recruiter will be responsible for candidate sourcing, screening and interviewing, while partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver high-quality talent within agreed timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job intake to offer acceptance
• Source candidates using job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn), Boolean search, databases, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct assessments
• Prepare and post keyword-optimized job descriptions
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS / recruitment systems
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or HR Recruiter
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, Boolean search, and job portals
• Experience hiring across IT, Engineering, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, or Corporate roles
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, MS Office / Google Workspace

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in agency, RPO, or in-house recruitment
• Exposure to international hiring (UK, EU, US, or APAC markets)
• Knowledge of compliance, right-to-work checks, and hiring regulations

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
