Job Title: RecruiterJob Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet organizational needs while delivering an excellent candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment for Northern America
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, from job posting to offer acceptance
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
- Screen resumes, conduct phone and video interviews, and assess candidate fit
- Coordinate interviews and communicate effectively with candidates and hiring teams
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and applicant tracking systems
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and employment laws
- Partner with new companies.
- Working hours will be EST timezone.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to manage multiple roles and meet hiring deadlines
- Familiarity with ATS systems and online sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards)
- Fluent in English
- French is an asset
