Recruiter — PACE Engineering

PACE Engineering is one of the fastest-growing companies in the U.S., connecting world-class talent with innovative AI, Robotics, HPC, and Software Engineering startups. We’re looking for a Recruiter to help grow our talent network and support startups in building exceptional teams.

Role: Recruiter

In this role, you’ll focus on identifying top talent, connecting with candidates, and helping PACE’s clients scale their teams. This is a great role for someone looking to build a career in recruiting, talent acquisition, or people operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Source, identify, and engage top candidates across AI, Robotics, HPC, and Software Engineering
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, from initial outreach to offer and onboarding
• Share insights about PACE and our clients in a clear, approachable way
• Track market trends and talent movement to identify opportunities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Motivated to learn and grow in recruiting and account management
• Comfortable with outreach, candidate engagement, and pipeline management
• Interested in developing expertise in client-facing recruitment and team growth

PACE Engineering offers a base salary plus fully uncapped commission.

PACE Engineering offers a hybrid work schedule.
