Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Recruiting Associate to join our growing team at our downtown Boston headquarters. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for individuals looking to launch a rewarding career in full-cycle recruiting and account management. You’ll be joining a high-energy, collaborative, and performance-driven team passionate about connecting top talent with top organizations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree.
0-2 years of experience in recruitment, sales, customer service, or a related field (internships included).
Strong interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, and relationship-building.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and clients.
Self-motivated with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Strong technical skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for helping people succeed.

Compensation: The base salary range for this position is $ 45,000–$50,000, depending on qualifications and experience, plus uncapped commission .
