Human Resources Coordinator

Position Title: Human Resources Coordinator Reports To: HR Specialist

Summary

The Human Resources Coordinator provides day-to-day HR support within all Thermoflex facilities, serving as a visible and approachable resource for employees. This entry-level role focuses on assisting with employee questions, supporting employee relations matters, and ensuring consistent application of company policies. The HR Coordinator works closely with the HR Specialists and reports directly to them, partnering with the Director of HR as needed.


This position is ideal for someone with staffing, recruiting, or workforce coordination experience who is looking to transition into an in-house HR role.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide front-line HR support to employees regarding policies, procedures, attendance, and general employment questions
  • Maintain a visible presence within all Thermoflex facilities and build positive working relationships with employees, supervisors, and managers
  • Receive and document employee concerns and escalate appropriately to the HR Specialists
  • Assist with basic employee relations matters, including attendance tracking and corrective action documentation
  • Support HR Specialists with onboarding activities, orientations, and new hire paperwork
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality
  • Assist with HR communications and engagement activities
  • Support compliance with company policies and employment regulations
  • Other duties as assigned in Management’s sole discretion


Skills, Knowledge, & Abilities

  • 1-3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, workforce coordination, or HR support
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
  • Experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, or high-volume environment preferred
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and responsive
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

  • Must have flexible working schedule to support operations
  • Work is performed in an office environment
