About Erie Preparatory Academy (EPA):
Erie Preparatory Academy (EPA) is a distinguished boarding school nestled in Erie, Pennsylvania, situated on the serene shores of Lake Erie. As an affiliate of Cornerstone Prep Academy in Pittsburgh, PA, EPA offers a comprehensive program catering to students in grades 9-12, including postgraduate opportunities. Our institution prides itself on delivering a robust college preparatory curriculum, fostering student growth through a blend of academic rigors and extracurricular engagements.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage leads through outbound calls, email campaigns, school visits, and partnerships.
- Conduct sales consultations with prospective students and families to present the value of an Erie Prep education, including academic programs, athletics, and student life.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets by converting inquiries into applications and enrolled students.
- Nurture the enrollment pipeline through proactive follow-up, CRM tracking, and personalized outreach.
- Host on-campus tours, virtual open houses, and information sessions.
- Represent the school at recruitment events, conferences, and agency meetings as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and conversion metrics in the admissions CRM.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with guidance counselors, educational agents, and community partners.
- Conducting informational sessions for internal and external communications (e.g., prospective applicants, their parents and partners).
- Knowledge of technology and software applications such as: word processing, spreadsheet, database management, and communication tools
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, admissions, or business development, preferably in education, hospitality, or service-based industries.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — both written and verbal.
- Strong closing skills and the ability to move leads through a sales funnel.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets.
- Proficient in CRM systems and basic data reporting (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends for recruitment events.
- Ability to travel internationally for events.
- Master’s degree required; experience may substitute for education.
- Passion for working with adolescents and supporting their academic and spiritual growth.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Alignment with the school's Christian faith and values.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Ability to lift, move, push, and pull equipment or boxes weighing in excess of 40lbs.
- Comfortable working in outdoor environments for extended periods.
- Mobility to navigate various campus facilities, including gyms, turf fields, etc.
Compensation:
- Base: $45,000
- Additional commission on KPI requirements.
- Incentive opportunities and performance bonuses may be offered in recognition of meeting or exceeding goals.
