Serenity Roofing & Construction is growing and we're building a sales team to match.

We are seeking a driven and motivated Recruiter to help us identify and hire high performing Roofing Sales Representatives across Spring, The Woodlands, Tomball, Cypress, Katy and surrounding areas.

We need someone who can actively source, attract and secure top talent.

What you'll do:

• Recruit commission-based sales professionals using various platforms
• Prescreen candidates and conduct interviews
• Manage the hiring process from sourcing to onboarding

What we're looking for:

• Strong communication, organization and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of commission-driven sales roles
• Experience using Indeed, social media and various platforms
