Join a well-established healthcare system in Northern New Jersey as a Temp Recruiter to support temporary staffing and talent acquisition efforts. This role requires working in a high-volume environment and collaborating closely with hiring managers.

About the Opportunity:

• Hybrid
• Schedule: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM or 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

• Hours: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle recruitment for temporary clinical and non-clinical roles
• Source, screen, and engage candidates in a fast-paced healthcare setting
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system

Qualifications:

• Entry- to mid-level experience in recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition
• Relevant degree or education
• Applicable certifications (if any)
• Experience with applicant tracking systems
• Experience with job boards
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions efficiently
• Strong communication skills
• Organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
