We also assist the physically disabled and individuals who are recovering from surgery or other injuries or illnesses.

Overview:

Age In Place Home Care is seeking a recruiter to add to its team in Monroeville. This position will be responsible for the full-cycle recruiting of caregivers in Allegheny and surrounding counties.

Duties:

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates

- Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks

- Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit with company culture

- Assist with application processing and onboarding activities for new hires

- Will work closely with the scheduler to determine available openings, and ensure accuracy of all onboarding documentation

Skills:

- Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to build strong relationships with applicants and community leaders

- Proficient in using computer software or learning new programs

- Sales experience preferred

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or GED

- Minimum one year of experience in recruitment (or recruitment-related field)

- Valid drivers license and use of vehicle

- Must be able to obtain all relevant background checks and pre-employment requirements including TB testing, background checks, and drug screen

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $750.00 per week
