We’re looking for someone who can attract, hire, and develop top talent to help scale one of the fastest-growing home service companies in Central Florida.

What You’ll Own

• Full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
• Managing job ads, ATS, and candidate pipeline
• Running weekly hiring events and shop tours
• Conducting interviews and making hiring decisions
• Building onboarding and training systems
• Driving employee engagement and retention
• Leading 1:1s, exit interviews, and career pathing
• Forecasting hiring needs as we scale

What It Takes to Win

• Proven recruiting or HR experience (full-cycle preferred)
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
• Ability to move fast and stay organized
• Experience with ATS platforms, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
• Understanding of employment best practices and compliance
• High ownership mindset — you don’t wait, you execute

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $50,000 – $62,000
• Monthly Bonus: Up to $1,250 based on hiring success, retention, and team performance
• Weekly Pay (Direct Deposit)
