Job Title: Recruiter

Location: Brentwood, TN (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 remote)

Pay: $32/hr

Duration: 3-month contract, with high potential to convert to full-time


About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Recruiter to support a major national delivery and logistics hiring initiative. This position will focus on recruiting and onboarding a high volume of drivers and logistics professionals through Q1 2026.

You’ll join a collaborative, fast-paced team that’s scaling new delivery operations across multiple regions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, and confident managing multiple requisitions while maintaining strong communication and an excellent candidate experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for driver, logistics, and field-based operations roles.
  • Partner cross-functionally with territory managers, store managers, and HR business partners to align hiring goals and ensure consistent candidate experiences.
  • Source and engage qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, and community outreach.
  • Screen candidates for regulatory requirements, safety awareness, and customer-service mindset.
  • Coordinate background checks, NVR reports, DOT physicals, and other pre-employment documentation.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in SuccessFactors ATS and leverage Paradox automation for communication and scheduling.
  • Track and report recruiting metrics to support hiring goals and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Represent the company’s brand and values through community engagement and candidate interactions.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2–4 years of recruiting experience, ideally in high-volume, blue-collar, logistics, or delivery-based environments.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple pipelines simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience using ATS systems (SuccessFactors preferred) and recruiting automation tools (Paradox a plus).
  • Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in compliant hiring.
  • Comfortable working in an evolving environment and contributing creative sourcing strategies.
