Job Title: Junior Recruiter
Location: Powder Spring, GA (Oniste)
Experience: 2–3 Years

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter with 2–3 years of experience in recruitment. The ideal candidate should have a stable job history and prior experience working with a staffing agency or within the manufacturing industry. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
• Identify and attract qualified candidates through job portals, social media, and networking
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and maintain candidate pipelines
• Ensure a smooth interview and onboarding process
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Support HR activities as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (mandatory)
• 2–3 years of recruiting experience
• Background in a staffing company or manufacturing industry preferred
• Stable work history with consistent employment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ATS and job portals (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
