Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of roles, from entry-level to executive positions, utilizing tools such as Workday, iCIMS, Taleo, and Lever to manage applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies through social media management, campus recruitment initiatives, cold calling, and leveraging HRIS platforms like PeopleSoft, UltiPro, Kronos, and Paychex.
  • Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit while providing a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and craft compelling job descriptions aligned with talent management and succession planning objectives.
  • Negotiate employment contracts and compensation packages that meet organizational standards while ensuring compliance with employment & labor law regulations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with candidates through effective communication skills and timely follow-ups; facilitate employee orientation sessions for new hires.
  • Support HR sourcing efforts by conducting research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and talent market insights to optimize recruiting strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruiting roles with familiarity using ATS platforms such as Workday, iCIMS, Taleo, or Lever.
  • Strong understanding of HR management practices including employee evaluation, employee relations, contracts, and onboarding processes.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates at all levels.
  • Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliant hiring practices.
  • Experience in executive recruiting or campus recruitment is a plus.
  • Proficiency in HR software systems such as Salesforce, PeopleSoft, UltiPro, Kronos, or Paychex is highly desirable.
  • Ability to conduct research and utilize social media management tools for lead generation and employer branding initiatives.
