One of our Real Estate clients is looking for a proactive Recruiter to own the full‑cycle recruiting process for their sales organization. This role will focus on sourcing, engaging, and onboarding high‑performing real estate agents (1099 independent contractors).
This is a high‑volume, outbound recruiting role — success will come from proactive sourcing and relationship‑building, not inbound applications. You will be the first dedicated recruiter at the company and will directly impact company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively source and engage real estate agent talent through outbound channels
- Build and manage a continuous pipeline of 1099 independent contractors
- Hire 10+ agents per quarter against defined hiring targets
- Conduct phone screens and assess candidate fit for commission‑based sales roles
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring leaders
- Maintain accurate candidate tracking and requisitions in the ATS
- Provide data‑driven recruiting reports and pipeline updates
- Reduce time‑to‑fill for agent roles to under 30 days
- Report weekly on pipeline health, conversion metrics, and sourcing channel performance
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Experience recruiting commission‑only or 1099 independent contractors
- Background recruiting for real estate, insurance, or similar sales‑driven environments
- Strong outbound sourcing and relationship‑building skills
- Experience working in an ATS (Workable preferred)
- Familiarity with Indeed Smart Sourcing or similar tools
