Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in attracting top talent, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and supporting our talent management initiatives. Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will help us find the best candidates to uphold our company’s values and drive our success forward.

Duties

  • Source, identify, and engage potential candidates through various channels including social media, job boards, and campus recruitment efforts.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from screening resumes to conducting interviews and negotiating offers.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as iCIMS, Workday, or Taleo to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Conduct research on employment trends, labor laws, and competitive hiring practices to enhance recruitment efforts.
  • Coordinate employee orientation programs and assist with onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Support talent management initiatives like succession planning, training & development programs, and employee evaluations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, executive recruiting, or HR sourcing with a strong understanding of recruiting platforms like Lever, UltiPro, or PeopleSoft.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as iCIMS or Taleo.
  • Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliance throughout the hiring process.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal teams.
  • Strong research skills for market analysis and lead generation purposes.
  • Experience with social media management for recruiting campaigns.
  • Ability to handle cold calling, negotiation, and candidate engagement effectively.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
