Schedule: Monday—Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Pay: $28.00—$33.50/hr

We are currently seeking a Recruiter, Contract Resources to support the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of our 1099 Independent Contractor driver network. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about finding and supporting great talent.

What You’ll Do

As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in supporting operational success by ensuring divisions have the contractor resources they need to meet customer demands.

Responsibilities Include:

Manage full-cycle, high-volume recruitment of 1099 Independent Contractor drivers for assigned divisions

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified driver candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, outreach, and proactive sourcing

Serve as the primary point of contact for applicants through phone, text, and email communication

Coordinate and lead onboarding activities including orientation, training coordination, system setup, and enrollment tracking

Conduct compliance checks and ensure all onboarding documentation is collected and uploaded accurately

Maintain accurate records in systems including Zoho Recruit, CXT, and OpenForce

Partner closely with Operations teams to anticipate and meet driver staffing needs

Monitor recruiting and retention metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Support early-stage contractor retention through follow-up communication and issue resolution

Recommend and implement improvements to recruiting and onboarding processes

Assist with additional operational or recruiting-related duties as needed

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, operational environment

Professional and customer-focused attitude

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and recruiting/sourcing platforms

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field

1+ years of recruiting experience in high-volume or fast-paced environments

Experience recruiting within logistics, transportation, courier, or operations-focused industries

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools such as Indeed, Facebook Groups, Zoho Recruit, or OpenForce

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
