Corporate Recruiter - Temp to Hire
Our Client, a leading provider in the utilities industry is growing both organically and by acquisition and has a need for a dedicated HIGH VOLUME Recruiter!

The position is a "temp to hire" Recruiter and 100% remote.
To qualify for this role, you will have success in the following areas:

4+years of experience recruiting in skilled labor environments, preferably within the utilities industry - both agency and corporate recruiters will be considered

Bachelors degree is preferred

Spanish fluency is a huge plus!

Success in "owning" the role - from requisition to onboarding

Proven success managing a high requisition load - up to 40 on average but could be as high as 60 at any given time

Effective communicator - success in building strong relationships with internal client leaders, teams and employees; the "engager"

Paylocity experience is highly recommended
Responsibilities

Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions

Conduct interviews via phone or in-person

Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews

Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
