Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting organizational growth by identifying top talent while ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
Maintain and track candidate pipelines within ADP and other HR systems
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations throughout the hiring process
Coordinate onboarding activities and support new hire integration
Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting on hiring progress
Stay current with updates and changes within ADP and other HR platforms to ensure optimal system usage
Perform additional responsibilities and support other programs as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of recruiting or HR experience preferred
Experience with ADP (Workforce Now or similar platforms) strongly preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Preferred Skills
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to adapt to evolving HR technologies and system updates
