Recruiter – Consultancy Experience (Key Responsibilities)
- Managed end-to-end recruitment for multiple client accounts across diverse industries.
- Specialized in both white-collar and blue-collar hiring, non-IT recruitment across sectors such as administration, operations, construction, logistics, retail, hospitality, and support services.
- Sourced candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, headhunting, and internal database searches.
- Screened, interviewed, and shortlisted candidates based on client requirements, technical fit, and cultural alignment.
- Coordinated client interviews, feedback processes, and offer negotiations to ensure smooth closures.
- Built and maintained strong talent pipelines for recurring, bulk, and urgent hiring requirements.
- Achieved hiring targets, SLA commitments, and turnaround time metrics in fast-paced consultancy environments.
- Maintained ATS/database records and prepared recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring updates for clients.
- Developed and maintained strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure long-term engagement and successful placements.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
