About the Role
As a Recruiter in Seattle, you will be responsible for full life cycle recruiting, partnering with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, and supporting them through the hiring process. You will work with the internal recruitment team to fill roles in Engineering, IT, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers and carry requisitions from start to finish
- Source for prospects and support candidates through the hiring process to offer acceptance
- Work with the internal recruitment team to source and recruit for various roles
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience with full lifecycle recruiting in a corporate or agency environment
- Strong experience working with Boolean search strings
- Experience sourcing candidates through a variety of job boards
- Experience working with an internal ATS
- Ability to connect with candidates and build relationships for open roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter attitude with drive to be successful
- Previous experience recruiting in a professional environment
- Experience managing a large volume of open requisitions across multiple executive level stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
- History of recruiting for roles in the engineering space
- Professional experience in aviation/aerospace
- Experience working on roles requiring a security clearance
- Prior experience with Workday and/or Avature
- Prior experience in an RPO

Salary and Other Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is between [$35.00 - $45.00 per hour]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
