Job Title: Temporary Recruiter — Blue-Collar / Trades Hiring (Contract)

Location: On-site at *Dubai* or **Ajman** office.

Type: Temporary / Contract - duration, e.g. 1–3 months, possible extension

Pay: AED 3.000-4.500

Reports to: HR Executive and Operations Manager

About the Role

We're hiring a temporary 4 Recruiters to source and hire Drivers and Mechanic for our fleet operations. Your target task is to fill Truck Driver (CDL) , Diesel Truck Mechanic , and Yard Helper roles quickly and with quality candidates. This is a high-volume, fast-moving seat — you'll work on-site with our operations team and be measured on filled positions.

What You'll Do

• Source, screen, and hire HEAVY DUTY truck drivers, diesel mechanics, and helpers to meet weekly hiring targets
• Run active sourcing across Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and TikTok — write job posts, manage candidate pipelines, and use creative outreach to reach blue-collar talent
• Conduct phone screens and coordinate in-person interviews with hiring managers
• Verify applicants records: Driving license, Criminal records, Past Accidents and fines, mechanic certifications/experience, and work eligibility
• Manage the candidate experience from first contact through offer and start date
• Track pipeline metrics (applicants, screens, interviews, hires) and report progress regularly
• Partner with operations and HR to understand role requirements and turnaround needs

What We're Looking For

• Proven recruiting experience in blue-collar / skilled trades hiring (transportation, logistics, fleet, or industrial a strong plus)
• Hands-on experience with Indeed , LinkedIn Recruiter , and TikTok for sourcing and employer branding
• Comfortable with high-volume, deadline-driven hiring
• Strong phone and interpersonal skills — able to connect with drivers and mechanics
• Organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple open roles at once
• Familiarity with HEAVY DUTY TRUCK DRIVERS requirements.
• Applicant tracking system experience — name your ATS if you use one

Logistics

• On-site, 6 days/week at company offices in Ajman or in Dubai.
• Schedule, e.g. 8am to 6pm
• Temporary/contract with potential to extend or convert based on performance
