Job Summary:

Mind Stream is looking for a dedicated Recruiter with 4-8 years of experience to manage end-to-end talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will specialize in sourcing top-tier talent for the Oil & Gas, Construction, or IT industries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding.

- Utilize advanced interviewing techniques to assess candidate suitability.

- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of industry-specific talent.

Qualifications:

- Degree or Diploma in human resource or other relative fields

- 4-8 years of proven experience in a recruitment role.

- Strong understanding of the Qatar labor market.
