Position Overview

The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will own full-cycle recruiting across a variety of departments, including Marketing, E-commerce, Creative, Design, Operations, Customer Experience, Product, and Corporate functions.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, enjoys building processes from the ground up, and is passionate about connecting great people with meaningful career opportunities.

Schedule

This is a part-time, project-based position with flexible hours. Weekly hours will vary based on business needs and active projects, with the potential for additional hours as needed. Candidates should be comfortable working independently and managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

This role is being hired on a contract basis and will operate on a flexible hybrid schedule , with occasional on-site collaboration, typically up to once per week as needed . There is potential for the position to transition into a full-time, hybrid role (three days per week in-office) based on performance, business needs, and mutual fit.

Responsibilities :

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake meeting through offer acceptance.
• Partner closely with the hiring manager to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team goals.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, administer case studies, and coordinate the interview process.
• Maintain clear and timely candidate communication throughout the hiring journey.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage of the process.
• Manage multiple open roles simultaneously while maintaining high hiring standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience managing multiple searches simultaneously.
• Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
