Job Description

We are hiring a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter – B2B Sales with at least 1 year of experience in Lead Generation and CRM tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing data in CRM systems, and supporting the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify B2B leads through online platforms
• Maintain and manage leads using CRM tools
• Contact potential clients via calls, emails, or LinkedIn
• Follow up with prospects and update lead status
• Maintain accurate records of all sales and lead activities
• Support the sales team in achieving targets

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Lead Generation
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools
• Good communication skills (English preferred)
• Ability to manage data and follow processes
• Self-motivated and target-driven

Preferred Skills (Plus Point)

• Experience in B2B sales or recruitment
• Familiarity with LinkedIn lead generation
• Basic knowledge of sales pipelines
