Recruiter - Contract based (3 months)

Key Requirements

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Contract based Recruiter (3 Months) with proven exposure to the fit-out / interior or construction industry. The ideal candidate will have strong headhunting and direct sourcing experience, preferably from an in-house recruitment background, and the ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for project-based and technical roles.

Key Responsibilities

1) Manage end-to-end recruitment for fit-out and interior project roles

2) Proactively source and headhunt candidates using LinkedIn, job portals,

referrals, and networking

3) Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers

4) Partner closely with internal stakeholders to understand manpower needs

and timelines

5) Maintain and manage talent pipelines for ongoing and future requirements

6) Handle offer coordination and support onboarding activities

7) Ensure recruitment processes align with company policies and compliance standards

8) Provide regular hiring updates and recruitment reports to management

• Minimum 2+ years of recruitment experience
• Prior experience in fit-out / interior / construction recruitment
• Strong headhunting and direct sourcing skills
• In-house recruitment experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
