Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Conduct initial screening, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Manage recruitment trackers and provide weekly hiring updates.
Business Development Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and generate new business leads.
- Pitch company services to prospects and schedule meetings.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure client satisfaction.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and business documents.
- Meet monthly targets related to business growth and client acquisition.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Recruitment/HR or Business Development (combined or individual).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle dual responsibilities efficiently.
- Good understanding of recruitment tools and business development techniques.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
