Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and self-motivated Recruiter cum Sales Associate to join our Indore team. This hybrid role involves sourcing and onboarding talent for various roles within the company while also actively participating in business development and sales initiatives. The ideal candidate should be able to balance people skills with a strong sales drive.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads.
• Handle onboarding formalities for selected candidates.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.
• Assist in HR documentation and compliance processes.

Sales Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and convert them into potential customers via cold calling, email campaigns, and field visits.
• Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to prospective clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and direct customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment and after-sales support.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and provide timely market feedback.

Key Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or a similar dual-role.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in Hindi and English.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM and HR software.
• Willingness to travel locally as part of sales activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
