A successful Recruiter acts as the subject matter expert for recruiting related topics. This role
anticipates and assesses staffing needs continuously while maintaining proactive communication
with hiring managers and executive leadership. The Recruiter develops and maintains a network in
the community with schools, organizations, and multiple media venues to establish a pipeline of
qualified candidates that adds to the Dunn Lumber culture.
This location is currently hiring for the following schedule(s):
Monday - Friday (7:00am - 3:45pm)
OR
Monday - Friday (8:00am - 4:45pm)
Please Note: Upon hire, all employees complete two-week training period, at our Bellevue or Shoreline locations. For a new hire's first two weeks they work a training schedule of Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm. This training is mandatory, and employees receive daily stipends to offset travel expenses.

This position is in the Human Resources Department and upholds an extreme level of confidentiality

Previous Experience
Previous experience in talent management and HR functions is preferred.
Education, Certificates, or Licenses
Must maintain reliable transportation to commute to all Dunn Lumber locations.
Technical/Computer Skills
Must have proficient computer use abilities, including the ability to utilize, Excel, Microsoft Suite, and
SharePoint.
Supervisor Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is largely sedentary. On occasion, the employee
must be able to lift, carry, or pull up to 10 lbs. in supplies and materials related to the job.
Work Environment
This job operates in an office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as
computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. The noise level in the work
environment is low.
