We're a fast-growing e-commerce company with 12+ years in business, with established teams across Pakistan, Philippines, China, and Ukraine. We're hiring an experienced Recruiter & HR Coordinator to manage our talent pipeline and provide light HR support for our 20-person remote team.

This is a recruiting-first role. HR duties are simple, structured, and take about 30% of your time.

What You'll Do

Recruiting (70% of your time)

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for 3-5 open roles at a time
  • Source talent across Pakistan, Philippines, and India using LinkedIn Recruiter (license provided)
  • Screen, interview, and move candidates through each hiring step
  • Coordinate interviews across US/Asia time zones (5-6 hours US overlap)
  • Keep candidate records updated in ClickUp (our ATS)
  • Earn performance bonuses for each position successfully closed

HR Coordination (30% of your time)

Light and straightforward HR support:

  • Onboarding and offboarding coordination
  • Maintain employee records and HR documents
  • Track PTO, attendance, and review schedules
  • Answer basic HR questions and route complex issues to leadership
  • Prepare simple HR status summaries

No heavy HR policy work, no conflict resolution, no HR strategy required.

What We're Looking For

Must Have:

  • 2.5 - 4+ years experience in recruiting or HR (combined experience acceptable)
  • Proven sourcing and screening experience in Pakistan, Philippines, or India
  • Strong English communication (written and verbal)
  • Hands-on LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing skills
  • Able to juggle multiple roles and deadlines independently
  • Comfortable working 5-6 hours overlapping US time (evening Pakistan time, around 6pm-12am PKT)

Nice to Have:

  • Experience hiring for e-commerce, customer service, or operations roles
  • Experience with US-based companies or international remote teams
  • Familiarity with HRIS/ATS tools (ClickUp experience is a plus)
  • Basic familiarity with payroll tools (Deel, Remote, Gusto, etc.)

Work Details

  • Schedule: 5-6 hours US time overlap (around 6pm-12am PKT) + 2-3 flexible hours = ~40 hrs/week
  • Location: Remote from Pakistan (or similar Asia location)
  • Tools: LinkedIn Recruiter (provided), ClickUp, Slack, Google Workspace
  • Start Date: Immediate to 2-week notice period acceptable

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $600-800/month USD (based on experience)
  • Payment: Paid reliably on time every month via Wise/Payoneer/your preferred method
  • Performance bonus: Earn extra for each position successfully closed
  • Internet allowance: PKR 10,000/month (~$35) included
  • Paid time off: 12-15 days per year
  • Equipment: Use your own laptop (or discuss equipment support if needed)
