Recruiter/ HR Executive

Karachi, Pakistan

We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle and help us attract and retain top talent. The ideal candidate will be skilled in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates, while ensuring a smooth and positive hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Use various recruitment channels (job boards, social media, referrals, networking) to attract qualified candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain recruitment data, reports, and records for analysis and decision-making.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen company’s image as an employer of choice.
  • Stay updated on recruitment trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven experience as a Recruiter, Recruitment Specialist, or Talent Acquisition role.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
