Recruiter & HR Generalist

Overview
The Recruiter & HR Generalist will serve as the primary talent acquisition partner for our growing organization. This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process; sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent. In addition, the role will provide general HR support, including compliance, onboarding, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate thrives in recruiting but is also comfortable handling day-to-day responsibilities in a small business environment.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)

• Lead full-cycle recruiting: job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to support rapid hiring needs.
• Manage onboarding and orientation to ensure positive employee experience.
• Track recruiting metrics to improve hiring effectiveness.

HR Generalist (Secondary Focus)

• Support employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
• Knowledge of recruiting strategies, sourcing tools, and employment laws.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to balance recruiting demands with general HR support responsibilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
