Recruiter - HR Support

Job Description:

iCall Services is looking for a Professional Recruiter/HR Support to support our rapidly growing business. This position will start out part-time, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position.

We are an established company, with continued growth and expansion. In this fast pace recruiting position you will be responsible for ensuring that we meet our staffing needs with quality customer service representatives.

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the recruiting process which entails:

  • Posting Job Ads
  • Screening Candidates
  • Conducting Initial Phone Screening
  • Scheduling Interviews with Management
  • Emailing Candidates the Job Application/Background Consent and Equipment Verification Questionnaire
  • Reference/Background Checks
  • Onboarding Process through payroll system
  • Drafting and sending offer letters
  • Scheduling new hire orientation
  • Requesting client credentials and facilitation of internal credentials

In this position you will also provide support for human resource functions as needed (record-keeping/filing; reporting and tracking of information; assist with employee relations; support benefit enrollment, benefit open enrollment, payroll; etc.).

Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with management to support recruiting needs and match the right candidate to those requirements.
  • Strategically source by using the internet, job boards, job postings, referrals, networking, social networks and any other resources to find potential candidates.
  • Evaluate candidates qualifications and strengths by interviewing, both face-to-face and over the phone, and checking references/backgrounds.
  • Schedule new hire orientation/training for new hires.
  • Effectively coordinate the on-boarding and orientation of new employees including new hire paperwork.
  • Maintain and manage employee files as needed, ensure employee files are in compliance with state/federal regulations and company policies.
  • Support benefit enrollment and administration.
  • Assist with benefits inquiries and eligibility tracking.
  • Answer applicant/employee inquiries whenever possible or take responsibility to seek answer within 24 hours
  • Any other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

Detail oriented, positivity, empathy, highly responsible, and organized are some of the skills necessary for this position.

  • Human Resources Experience is an asset.
  • Previous call center experience is preferred but not required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Highly motivated, organized, goal and results oriented individual who thrives under pressure.
  • Demonstrates strong communication skills.
  • Demonstrates ability to listen effectively and speak English clearly on the telephone or directly in a polite and understandable manner.
  • Ability to deal with sensitive situations in an effective manner.

Required education:

  • Bachelor's or Equivalent Recruiting Experience

Required experience:

  • Recruiting: 2 years

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
