Recruiter: II (Intermediate)

We are looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. In this long-term contract role, you will act as a strategic partner to the business, developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent. You will focus on building strong relationships, leveraging market insights, and creating inclusive hiring practices to meet organizational goals.

Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with business leaders and peers to drive successful recruitment outcomes.
• Develop detailed candidate profiles by identifying the key skills and competencies of top performers for each role.
• Source and attract high-quality candidates, assessing their fit for the company, team, and position.
• Present comprehensive candidate evaluations, addressing strengths, weaknesses, and overcoming objections during the hiring process.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve recruitment strategies while embracing and driving change.
• Leverage market intelligence and external factors to create strong talent pipelines and make informed hiring decisions.
• Manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic environment while maintaining flexibility and organization.
• Utilize strong communication skills to build trust and ensure alignment with stakeholders.
• Analyze performance metrics to refine recruitment approaches and achieve optimal results.
• Stay proactive in anticipating recruitment needs and addressing challenges beyond task completion.

• Minimum of four years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.

• Bachelor's degree or six years of equivalent experience in full-cycle recruiting.

• Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws and regulations.

• Proficiency in Office applications, internet research tools, and Applicant Tracking Systems such as Workday.

• Demonstrated ability to create and implement inclusion-focused recruiting strategies.

• Intellectual curiosity to explore new technologies and approaches for improving recruitment processes.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail in grammar and demeanor.

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environmen
