RECRUITER- INTERN

• Source potential candidates through social media platforms
• Screen CVs and shortlist qualified candidates
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers
• Communicate with applicants via email or WhatsApp regarding job opportunities
• Support recruiters in drafting job postings for LinkedIn and other platforms
• Assist in initial phone screening and data verification
• Prepare recruitment reports and progress summaries
• Help in employer branding activities (e.g., posting job ads, social media updates)
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the recruitment tea
