Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Marketing Executive with strong experience in the Qatar real estate market. The ideal candidate should be familiar with local market trends, real estate laws, and customer preferences, and have a proven track record of driving sales and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for property sales and leasing.
• Manage property listings across online platforms and social media.
• Coordinate property viewings and maintain excellent client relationships.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
• Collaborate with sales and management teams to achieve company goals.
• Create engaging promotional materials and digital campaigns.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of real estate marketing experience in Qatar (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of the local property market and customer base.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English & Arabic preferred).
• Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Valid Qatar driving license preferred
