Job Description:

Sutherland is looking to add a talented, forward-thinking Recruiter to support leadership and support‑level hiring across our Egypt sites. This position will include several administrative tasks to support internal AND external hiring for the region. Leadership & Support Recruiters in this role get to:

• Set the path to success: Support recruiting and hiring efforts to ensure a positive and smooth experience for internal candidates and new hires.
• Build the company: Identify and recruit the best-fit personnel to help drive the team and company to higher levels - both internally and externally.
• Strengthen relationships: Establish and maintain communication with outside resources to help build a network for sourcing qualified applicants.
• Support the team: Facilitate the completion of offers, background checks, onboarding activities, and multiple internal job postings

Qualifications:

Our most successful candidates will have:

• BPO/Business Transformation industry experience will be highly desirable!!
• Must be comfortable handling recruiting administrative duties to including internal job postings, applicant list management, working with closely with HR on eligibility of internals.
• Comfortable hiring up to 10 quality external candidates per month along with processing several internal hires/promotions
• LinkedIn Recruiter expertise will be highly desirable
• Must have strong market/talent pool knowledge with respect to Cairo & Alexandria regions
• Experience working within an ATS (SmartRecruiters - major plus!)
• Must be comfortable working onsite or hybrid
• Ability to efficiently manage time and keep track of multiple schedules, meetings and initiatives
• Ability to be pro-active in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; work as a team-player
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; be able to communicate in a clear, constructive and professional manner
