Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and skills.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of candidates and recruitment activities.
- Assist in developing job descriptions and posting job openings on various platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition preferably in oil and gas
- Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Candidates must be available in Qatar to join immediately.

Pay: QAR3,500.00 per month
