Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and skills.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of candidates and recruitment activities.
  • Assist in developing job descriptions and posting job openings on various platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition preferably in oil and gas
  • Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Candidates must be available in Qatar to join immediately.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR3,500.00 per month
