Recruiter / Recruitment Assistant

Description: We are looking for a high-energy Recruiter with mandatory experience in the outsourcing and manpower agency sector. The ideal candidate must have deep network of local candidates and the ability to fulfil manpower requirements immediately upon joining.

Job Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit candidates for various roles using personal networks, social media, WhatsApp groups, and local job portals.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial screening and interviewing to document collection and mobilization.
• Maintain an active database of local candidates available for immediate deployment to various projects.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure recruitment timelines are met and client requirements are fulfilled.

Requirements:

• Mandatory experience in a outsourcing or manpower agency.
• Proven ability to start hiring locally from day one.
• Strong presence in local candidate WhatsApp groups and social media recruitment pages.
• Excellent understanding of local labor laws and recruitment processes.
• Joining: Immediate.
• Hiring Type: Local hire only (Transferable Visa/NOC).

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
