Recruiter - RPO Consultant

We are seeking a High volume full life cycle recruiter to support our client in the retail sector. This is a virtual W2 contract you must reside in the Central or Eastern time zone. Only Candidates who have experience with Workday, Google Workspace, retail, and full life‑cycle recruitment will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage high‑volume, full life‑cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding support
• Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to meet business hiring needs
• Utilize Workday to track candidate activity and maintain accurate recruiting documentation
• Leverage Google Workspace tools to support collaboration, reporting, and communication
• Participate in virtual meetings as required in a remote work environment

Required

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in high-volume, full life cycle recruiting
• Experience in a retail setting (does not need to be within recruitment)
• Proficiency with Workday
• Familiarity with the Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive etc.)
• Participation in video-based meetings is required
Must reside in the Central or Eastern time zones

• Education: Associate’s or bachelor’s degree
