Takara Hospitality Group is a growing hospitality company operating multiple restaurant brands. We are looking for a Recruiter to support our rapid expansion and hiring needs across all locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for restaurant and corporate roles
• Source and screen candidates (FOH, BOH, cleaners, supervisors, etc.)
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain candidate pipelines for high-volume hiring
• Handle offers, onboarding, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations (Qiwa & GOSI)

Requirements:

• 2+ years of recruitment experience (hospitality preferred)
• Strong communication skills (English required, Arabic a plus)
• Experience in high-volume hiring
• Knowledge of Saudi labor systems
