Recruiter, Skilled Trades

• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to assess hiring requirements and develop a plan to meet goals

• Provide consistent recruiting updates to hiring managers and business leaders

• Take a data-driven approach to assess effectiveness of sourcing strategy and interview process; own recruiting process end to end

• Identify, attract, and hire top talent using various tools (ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc)

• Provide an excellent candidate interview experience

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth environment

• Evidence of exceptional ability

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to successfully manage an average of 15+ individual reqs

• Ability to understand complex compensation packages and convey it in a digestible way to candidates

• Ability to create and maintain a healthy relationships across all functions of the company

• Ability to work in ambiguity and under significant pressure with challenging deadlines
