Dream Come True Group of Companies is looking for a confident and motivated, Recruiter - Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team in Dubai.
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates across multiple departments. The role involves recruiting for Real Estate Sales Agents/Consultants, Fintech, Forex, E-commerce, IT B2B Sales, Marketing, Managerial & Executive roles and Technical positions such as Developers, DevOps Engineers and AWS Developers.
The ideal candidate should have previous experience working in a recruitment agency or an in-house recruitment team and possess strong communication skills with the ability to manage high-volume hiring.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Recruit candidates for roles including:
- Real Estate Sales Agents / Property Consultants
- Fintech & Forex Professionals
- E-commerce & IT B2B Sales Executives
- Marketing Professionals
- Managerial & Executive Positions
- Technical roles such as Developers, DevOps Engineers, and AWS Developers.
- Source candidates through multiple platforms including LinkedIn, job portals, social media, recruitment databases, and referrals.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the candidate pipeline and recruitment database.
- Prepare job descriptions and post vacancies on relevant job boards.
- Build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring reports to management.
- Stay updated with market hiring trends and salary benchmarks in Dubai.
Requirements
- At least 3 years previous experience in a recruitment agency or full in-house recruitment team is required.
- Proven experience recruiting for sales, technical and managerial positions.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals and professional networks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Additional languages such as Hindi, Urdu, Arabic or other languages will be considered a strong advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and candidate assessment skills.
- Knowledge of the UAE job market and recruitment practices is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience hiring in Real Estate, Fintech, Forex, and Technology sectors.
- Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment tools.
- Strong networking and headhunting capabilities.
