We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our human resources functions at a growing real estate brokerage. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and HR administration, ensuring smooth operations and a positive work environment.

Location: Sheikh Zayed Road

Salary (AED)- 5000-6000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for sales and administrative roles; conduct interviews, background checks, and onboarding processes.
  • Employee Records & HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, attendance, and leave management.
  • Payroll & Benefits: Assist in payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Employee Engagement: Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement, performance management, and workplace culture.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, labor regulations, and local employment laws.
  • Reporting: Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.
  • Training & Development: Assist in organizing training programs, workshops, and skill development sessions for staff.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in real estate or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
