The Talent Acquisition Partner III has in-depth knowledge of best practices and practical expertise in Talent Acquisition. May lead small-scaled projects with resource needs and manageable risks. Solves complex challenges by exercising judgement based on analysis of multiple sources. Provides guidance to less experienced colleagues on the team.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and start-date coordination.

Create sourcing plans and execute outreach using ATS/CRM tools, job boards, and referrals.

Screen candidates using structured questions and document evaluations clearly.

Coordinate interview loops with hiring teams; ensure feedback is collected and decisions are made quickly.

Draft job postings and ensure accurate job requirements and competitive messaging.

Support offer preparation and approvals; coordinate background checks and pre-employment steps.

Maintain accurate ATS records, compliance fields, and pipeline reporting for assigned requisitions.

Provide timely candidate updates and maintain strong candidate experience standards.

Support recruiting events (career fairs, open houses, campus events) and track outcomes.

Identify process issues and recommend improvements to reduce cycle time and candidate drop-off.
Minimum Experience: 6+
Years Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
